Dr. Harsh Pathakis a practising advocate, duly registered as an Advocate with Bar Council of India and Bar Member of the Supreme Court of India. Dr. Pathak is in practice for nearing two decades of “Public and Private Laws”. As Standing Counsel for Constitutional Bodies and also a former Panel Counsel for ‘Government of India’, having exposure and experience of representing the state and also the private individuals and organisations before the court of laws. As international business compliance counsel for bilateral and multilateral business organisations gained experience of working in various international locations and jurisdictions.
Dr. Pathak has nurtured a distinct professional specialisation over the period of time in constitutional and regulatory matters, international treaties, maritime laws, mining laws natural resources allocation and statutory compliances, on-shore and off-shore projects related laws and compliances, contractual compliance, charter party disputes, infrastructure, real estate, power sector, environmental, civil and criminal proceedings.
